In the spring of 2019 Mac Mold Base opened a 4,730 sq ft addition to our Plant 3 building bringing the total manufacturing space to 9,530. This expands our total manufacturing footprint to 28,686 sq ft. In addition to expanding our assembly department MMB added a 30 ton overhead crane for greater lifting capacity, 3 ton jib crane, 1 ton jib crane and a large Kuraki boring mill (X-157.50, Y-80.70, Z-57.50)

One year after opening our third plant we felt it was time to expand again. This time we purchased a new Vision Wide VW NF-3223 gantry mill center. It has a shorter X axis but a taller Z axis with the capability of adding a tip head.
In 2011 Mac-Mold added 4,800 sq ft of manufacturing space by expanding into a third plant on the same campus as its first two plants. A 20 ton bridge crane was installed and a new Vision Wide NF-4223 gantry mill center purchased and installed.
