Mac-Mold Base, Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have become experts in the production of small to large custom mold bases. In recent years, we recognized our customers’ needs changing, and to better assist we diversified our tool and machining capabilities.
Industries served include plastic injection, die cast, special machine tools, complete compression tooling builds, fabricating, and weldments. Our customers service the automotive, aerospace, military, consumer products, electronics, medical and other industry sectors.
Our History
Mac-Mold Base, Inc. was founded in 1990 and is family owned. We started our business with one plant and a few years later we added an addition to allow us more space for CNC machine tools. We expanded further in the next few years by adding Plant #2 and Plant #3 which are adjacent buildings behind Plant #1 on a 4-building campus. Eventually we added additions to both plants. All three of our Plants are modern, climate-controlled facilities. We believe in continuous improvements by consistently purchasing new state-of-the-art equipment.
Our core business in 1990 was the manufacture of small to large custom mold bases. Later we discovered that our customers’ needs were changing and to better serve them we diversified our tooling and machining capabilities.
