Mac-Mold Base, Inc. adds New “Water Jet Work Cell.” We purchased two new state of art Opti-Max 60X and Opti-Max 80X Omax High Performance Water Jet Cutting Machines to create a reliable and efficient way of cutting all types of materials. Water Jetting services many industries, such as mold building, special tooling, details, aerospace, defense and individual custom signs. We offer quick deliveries and 24/7 service.
One year after opening our third plant we felt it was time to expand again. This time we purchased a new Vision Wide VW NF-3223 gantry mill center. It has a shorter X axis but a taller Z axis with the capability of adding a tip head.

In 2011 Mac-Mold added 4,800 sq ft of manufacturing space by expanding into a third plant on the same campus as its first two plants. A 20 ton bridge crane was installed and a new Vision Wide NF-4223 gantry mill center purchased and installed.
